3:22 Cornelli lace piping instructions

3:40 Freeze the buttercream flowers for at least 10 minutes then remove carefully and place on the cake.

4:12 Direction on how to pipe lavender buttercream flowers onto waxed paper and freeze. Tip Wilton Number 2, the center stem is piped with a number 5 Wilton.

5:32 Number 1 tip to make the tiny dots on the tips of the Lavender spikes.

9:20 piping cornelli lace onto the sides of the birthday cake using a Wilton number 1 tip. A Number 352 is use to make the ruffle border on the bottom half of this lavender cake design. A small petal tip number 102 was used to make the ruffle along the top side design.
